*At least 2 75 jobs is required (PLD, TH4 THF, Mages is a +).
*Sky and Sea unlocked (or at least fairly close to be).
*Runic Portals unlocked.
*Qufim, Li'telor and Volbow Outpost unlocked.
*Acces to all teleport in the past.

We aren't being too regarding atm on those requirements since we're just getting started and we need active people. The linkshell will help you to get ZM/COP missions done if possible/needed.
